We plate all our pieces with particularly high-quality 18-karat gold using the Capulet electroplating technique in Munich. In addition to classic yellow and rose gold, we offer our very own gold tone – CAPULETgold. This tone beautifully complements every skin tone and pairs wonderfully with all other gold tones.

Of course. Simply choose the closest chain length and enter your desired length in the "Note to the workshop" field at checkout. This applies to all chains from 2mm thickness.

On the product page of the piece of jewelry, you will find a line where you can enter your desired engraving. The number of characters varies depending on the piece and is automatically displayed. If your engraving has more characters, simply book an ADDITIONAL ENGRAVING. Please note that spaces also count as characters, as they take up space. Our engravings are hallmarked, and we use a serif font for them. Special characters available include 🖤, *, ., ,, | and ?. Our goldsmiths will contact you automatically if they have any questions about your engraving – or you can send them to us via email or WhatsApp.

No. You always order your correct ring size. For example, if you wear size 54 on your ring finger, order that size – regardless of whether it's a wide AMOR RING or a narrow THE ONE RING.

We generally recommend having your ring size measured for free in a few seconds by a jeweler or in a jewelry store. Alternatively, you can also order our RING SIZER and determine your size comfortably at home.

We forge our jewelry so that it brings you joy for a lifetime and can then be passed on. To ensure it always shines beautifully, please note the following:

• You can generally always keep silver pieces on. If your piece has become dull, rub it well with dish soap, wash it off with cold water, and dry it with a cotton cloth.
• You should remove gold-plated jewelry when swimming, showering, and exercising, and avoid contact with cosmetics. You can polish it up again with dish soap and warm water.
• With genuine gold jewelry, you have no restrictions whatsoever.

Yes and no. You can change the engraving, size, length, etc. within 24 hours of placing your order by sending an email to hello@capulet.de. After that, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.

Absolutely. With our Turbo Express Service, we drop everything in the workshop and immediately focus solely on your piece of jewelry. All goldsmiths will work extra night shifts for you:

• 48 hours for SILVER pieces
• 72 hours for pieces with 18 carat GOLD PLATING
• The Turbo Service applies to ONE piece of jewelry and not to combination orders.
