Can I also exchange it?
Of course!
We will refund you the full purchase price immediately after the return, or exchange it for another piece of jewelry. 💕
The piece of jewelry must be unworn, with the CAPULET tag intact & not personalized.
You have 14 days from the shipping date for an exchange.
Earrings are excluded from exchange for hygienic reasons
How long does it take you to produce this?
We handcraft each piece of jewelry individually, which takes 10-20 business days.

Can I choose my own chain length?
Yes, of course!
You can design your own custom necklace. MIX & MATCH
If you want a special in-between length: Simply select the next possible chain length & enter your desired length in the "Note to workshop" field at checkout.
We'll take care of everything!
