  • download  your change form here download it, fill it out & attach it to your package
  • Send the broken item back to us (please send it insured so that you have proof!)

  • Preparation & polish
  • insured shipping back to you
  • for gold-plated pieces: new gold-plating if necessary (Attention: additional costs for new gold-plating. Please inquire at hello@capulet.de)
