Deliveries outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, USA, Mexico), customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are borne by the buyer. We refund the German VAT once the relevant documents have been submitted – just write to us at hello@capulet.de.
Insured shipping & service in case of loss
We ship as an insured parcel to the delivery address you provide. High-value parcels are sent insured by courier, with a delivery date agreed with you.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will initiate a trace. If the trace is unsuccessful, we will replace the contents of the parcel 100% at our expense.
