Special service in case of loss
Delivery will be made as an insured parcel with DPD to the delivery address given by the customer. If the package is lost in the mail, CAPULET Jewelry will initiate an investigation. Should the investigation remain inconclusive, CAPULET Jewelry will replace the contents of the package at 100% at company expense
