Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
Yes. You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, including for rings and bracelets in your size. The only exceptions are pieces with a personal engraving and individually made custom pieces. All details can be found in our cancellation policy. You can withdraw easily here.
Instead of a refund, we are also happy to exchange your piece for another one. Just write to us at hello@capulet.de. Your statutory rights (withdrawal and warranty) remain unaffected.
How long does it take you to produce this?
We handcraft each piece of jewelry individually, which takes 10-20 business days.

Can I choose my own chain length?
Yes, of course!
You can design your own custom necklace. MIX & MATCH
If you want a special in-between length: Simply select the next possible chain length & enter your desired length in the "Note to workshop" field at checkout.
We'll take care of everything!
