• As a rule we need 5 - 15 working days. Each piece is made by hand.
• If you need it particularly quickly, please book the Turbo Express Service
• DELIVERY TIMES for pieces in 585 & 750 gold require 2-5 weeks

• Duration: Piece of jewelry in silver within 48 hours
• Duration: Gold plated pieces need 72 hours
• Express shipping with overnight courier is included in the price

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

• Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-2 days
• Shipping to Austria usually takes 2-3 days
• Shipping is carried out as an insured package with DHL
• If you prefer UPS: simply select UPS at checkout 
• Shipping time to Switzerland is usually 3-7 working days. Due to possible customs clearance, shipping may take longer.

Your right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. This also applies to rings and bracelets in your size. The only exceptions are pieces with a personal engraving and custom pieces made individually to your specifications.

• How to withdraw: via our Withdraw from contract button or informally by email to hello@capulet.de
• Return: Send the piece back to us within 14 days of your withdrawal. You bear the cost of the return. If the goods are defective or were delivered incorrectly, we cover the costs.
• Refund: We refund the purchase price including the cost of standard shipping.

Prefer an exchange?

Instead of a refund, we are also happy to exchange your piece for another one. Just let us know when you withdraw or write to hello@capulet.de. This exchange is a voluntary service in addition to your right of withdrawal and does not limit your statutory rights.

Alterations & ring sizes

Even after the withdrawal period has ended, we are happy to alter your piece: ring size, chain length or repair. Simply book an alteration.

Please note: Due to the solid 18-carat gold plating, we unfortunately cannot resize gold-plated rings.

Warranty

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies.
