High-quality 925 sterling silver & gold

Each bracelet for men & women is handmade in the Capulet jewelry workshop in Munich. We only use high-quality 925 sterling silver. On request, we can also produce the silver bracelet as a gold bracelet for women with a high-quality 18-carat gold plating in yellow gold, Capulet gold and rose gold. Of course, a Capulet chain is also perfect as a gold chain for men.

Bracelet with engraving

Each bracelet has a very small round logo charm on the lobster clasp. On request, the 0.5 cm pendant can be engraved on the back with a own engraving of ONE letter or ONE number free of charge.

Bracelet with pendant

If you would like to add a specific charm to your silver or gold bracelet: simply select the charm here. We will solder your desired pendant to the end of the bracelet -> opposite the lobster clasp. This way you won't lose the pendant when you put it on or take it off.

HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE FOR MY BRACELET?

The easiest and quickest way to find out your own bracelet size is from the comfort of your own home.

1. Take a tape measure and place it once around your wrist at the thickest point, which is usually at the bone.
2. Make sure that the bracelet is not too tight, but not too loose either. 
3. Add 1.5 cm - 2 cm to the measured value of your arm circumference, depending on how loose or tight you want to wear your bracelet
4. The measured value PLUS 2cm is your final length. This please order ➡️  ExampleYou measure 16 cm arm circumference. Then you order 18cm

SMALLER TIP:

We recommend an allowance of at least 2 cm for ARMRINGS.

An allowance of 1.5 cm for delicate bracelets 

INFO:

Most bracelets can be adjusted by bending by bending them yourself. However, please measure beforehand, as we measure each bangle personalized just for you in your specified size & an exchange is not possible.

Your right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. This also applies to rings and bracelets in your size. The only exceptions are pieces with a personal engraving and custom pieces made individually to your specifications.

• How to withdraw: via our Withdraw from contract button or informally by email to hello@capulet.de
• Return: Send the piece back to us within 14 days of your withdrawal. You bear the cost of the return. If the goods are defective or were delivered incorrectly, we cover the costs.
• Refund: We refund the purchase price including the cost of standard shipping.

Prefer an exchange?

Instead of a refund, we are also happy to exchange your piece for another one. Just let us know when you withdraw or write to hello@capulet.de. This exchange is a voluntary service in addition to your right of withdrawal and does not limit your statutory rights.

Alterations & ring sizes

Even after the withdrawal period has ended, we are happy to alter your piece: ring size, chain length or repair. Simply book an alteration.

Please note: Due to the solid 18-carat gold plating, we unfortunately cannot resize gold-plated rings.

Warranty

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies.
