Each silver chain is solid and is forged and hammered by hand in the Capulet jewelry workshop in Munich. The dark vintage style also makes the silver necklace perfect as a men's necklace and as jewelry for men. Also a perfect individual gift idea.

Necklace with your own engraving 

We would be happy to forge your own small engraving into your lucky charm pendant. For the engraving of your choice there is space for 10 letters or numbers.

Also available as a gold chain with 18 carat gold plating

On request, we can also gold plate the necklace with engraving in 18 carat gold, capulet gold & rose gold. Capulet gold is a very special shade of gold that is only available from CAPULET Jewelry: between yellow gold and rose gold. Particularly cool, discreet & elegant.

The silver chain is also available in genuine 585 gold and 750 gold and rose gold. CAPULET only uses gold.

• As a rule we need 5 - 15 working days. Each piece is made by hand.
• If you need it particularly quickly, please book the Turbo Express Service

• Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-2 days
• Shipping to Austria usually takes 2-3 days
• Shipping is carried out as an insured package with DHL
• If you prefer UPS: simply select UPS at checkout 
• Shipping time to Switzerland is usually 3-7 working days. Due to possible customs clearance, shipping may take longer.

Your right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. This also applies to rings and bracelets in your size. The only exceptions are pieces with a personal engraving and custom pieces made individually to your specifications.

• How to withdraw: via our Withdraw from contract button or informally by email to hello@capulet.de
• Return: Send the piece back to us within 14 days of your withdrawal. You bear the cost of the return. If the goods are defective or were delivered incorrectly, we cover the costs.
• Refund: We refund the purchase price including the cost of standard shipping.

Prefer an exchange?

Instead of a refund, we are also happy to exchange your piece for another one. Just let us know when you withdraw or write to hello@capulet.de. This exchange is a voluntary service in addition to your right of withdrawal and does not limit your statutory rights.

Alterations & ring sizes

Even after the withdrawal period has ended, we are happy to alter your piece: ring size, chain length or repair. Simply book an alteration.

Please note: Due to the solid 18-carat gold plating, we unfortunately cannot resize gold-plated rings.

Warranty

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies.
