Special heart ring in silver or gold
Heart ring with your own engraving. The narrow 925 Sterling silver ring in the shape of a heart can be engraved on request. The silver ring (or gold ring) is solid and forged and engraved by hand. Each letter is individually engraved by hand. Perfect as an individual engagement ring and special gift.
RING WITH YOUR OWN ENGRAVING
Each letter is individually hammered by hand, letter by letter, into the silver and gold. Simply enter your desired engraving in the engraving field.
As a silver ring or gold ring
Each ring is completely solid, made from 925 Sterling silver or 18-carat gold-plated in yellow gold, Capulet gold or rose gold. You can find more information about our gold in the tab Material.

It is best to have the correct ring size measured briefly by a jeweler or goldsmith. Anyone can do this quickly and free of charge. We have also prepared a size manager for you with a few tricks on how to find the right ring size
Important note on production
Every piece is made for you in our workshop only after you place your order.
Your statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods also applies to rings and bracelets in your size. The only exceptions are pieces with a personal engraving and custom pieces made individually to your specifications. All details can be found in our cancellation policy.

- Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-2 days
- Shipping to Austria usually takes 2-3 days

- Shipping time to Switzerland is usually 3-7 working days. Due to possible customs clearance, shipping may take longer.

Your right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. This also applies to rings and bracelets in your size. The only exceptions are pieces with a personal engraving and custom pieces made individually to your specifications.
- How to withdraw: via our Withdraw from contract button or informally by email to hello@capulet.de
- Return: Send the piece back to us within 14 days of your withdrawal. You bear the cost of the return. If the goods are defective or were delivered incorrectly, we cover the costs.
- Refund: We refund the purchase price including the cost of standard shipping.

Prefer an exchange?
Instead of a refund, we are also happy to exchange your piece for another one. Just let us know when you withdraw or write to hello@capulet.de. This exchange is a voluntary service in addition to your right of withdrawal and does not limit your statutory rights.
Alterations & ring sizes
Even after the withdrawal period has ended, we are happy to alter your piece: ring size, chain length or repair. Simply book an alteration.
Please note: Due to the solid 18-carat gold plating, we unfortunately cannot resize gold-plated rings.
Warranty
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies.
