For an exchange you have 14 days from the date of dispatch. The piece of jewelry must be unworn, with the CAPULET label intact & not personalized.

Personalized are all rings and bracelets are personalized, as we make them especially for you in your size. If you have any questions, we are always here reachable.

• Gold plated rings unfortunately we can not offer gold-plated rings because of the solid 18 carat gold coating. not change

• Bracelets are made according to customer requirements in the desired size. personalized personalized. We shorten, lengthen or repair your necklace/bracelet - simply send us an change book. We will alter your piece of jewelry exactly according to your wishes
